Sam grew up on a sheep farm in New Zealand and spent his university holidays working in some of New Zealand’s largest sheep processing plants. He spent a number of years in London trading meat into various markets before moving back to New Zealand to open “Circle Foods” office. Sam is our beef and lamb specialist. He focuses on the South East Asian markets as well as sourcing all our requirements from Australia and New Zealand
