Sam has over 15 years’ experience in the poultry, red meat & IQF potato/vegetable markets in the UK. Starting his career with the imports of Southeast Asian & South American poultry products, leading into launching multiple poultry & meat products into the UK retail market. With his experience in these markets, it has led to an extensive range of partnerships throughout the world,  increasing our UK market development in all sectors.
