Jose lived most of his life in Brazil and moved to the United States in 2016. With over 20 years of experience in the frozen protein industry, he began his career with a poultry supplier in 2002 and transitioned into the trading business in 2005. Since then, he has worked extensively with West Africa, particularly Angola, Ghana, Mozambique, and South Africa. He also maintains strong relationships with suppliers across South America and North America.

Jose is always seeking new markets and building partnerships with new suppliers, focusing on long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
