Yanick has lived most of his life in Montreal, Canada, except for a 5 year adventure in the United States. He started his career in the restaurant industry which piqued his interest in the food industry. With 26 years of experience, Yanick has spent the last 10 years as a trader focusing on pork as well as trading chicken, beef and seafood.
