Brian has been a Technical Manager at Circle Foods since 2011. He brings a wealth of experience to our team with over 30 years working within the food industry, including primary production, retail, catering and wholesale operations, across red meat, white meat, and seafood sectors. Brian’s qualifications also include a MSc in HACCP, BA Food Manufacturing Management, HND Food Production Development, ISO Lead Auditor, and he is a qualified AWO.
