Guilhem has worked in the food industry for the past 13 years, selling fresh and frozen meat proteins into France, West & Central Africa and the West Indies. Having lived in Denmark for 5 years, followed by 3 years in the UK, he has developed a keen understanding of life abroad and appreciating different cultures and lifestyles.

Likes: Guilhem grew up in the middle of the vineyards in the South of France. As a result great wine, food & rugby are all very much in his blood!
